Middle Leadership Development

As teachers look to grow their careers they slowly begin to move into rolls outside the classroom. With this can come new challenge and the need for new learning. Middle leaders are in an unenvious position, often carrying dual rolls (teacher and leader) and often feeling the pressure from both sides. Growing leaders and leadership is important. Building these skills early on allows for a clarity of purpose and the development of knowledge and skills that are critical for advancing student outcomes.
